If you have found your way to this place, you are probably interested in how you can help our work. We would be extremely grateful for your prayers for the Albertine works, as well as your material support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the moment, the most important need of the Congregation is to support the House of Mercy opened on 12 November 2017. House of Mercy in Lviv. This project includes a hut for 30 homeless men, a kitchen serving meals to the poor and a bathhouse serving up to 40 people per day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please support this work, both prayerfully and materially.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1% tax for the Albertine Brothers’ Foundation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can support the charitable works of the Congregation by donating 1% of your tax to the Albertine Brothers’ Foundation<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is also a possibility to donate 1% of personal income tax to the Social Welfare Home in Ojc\u00f3w run by our Congregation, which has the status of Public Benefit Organisation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Volunteering at the Albertine Congregation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We are very cautious and reserved when it comes to volunteering. A person who decides to work as a volunteer in the Albertine Brothers’ Congregation<\/strong> must be fully aware of what such a decision will mean for him. It cannot be a momentary decision, a pastime for some time. When a person decides to volunteer and work with people in the Congregation they are responsible for them and their future. If you get to know a person in need of help, inspire their trust and establish a relationship – you cannot disappear from their life overnight. For you, he or she may be just a stranger, a homeless person trying to recover from addiction, but for him or her, you become their best friend, mentor and family.
